It is difficult to explain the overwheming joy of being able to walk-out-your-front-door and begin hiking along the bank on a lake, a creek and a waterfall, but we truly enjoy the opportunity each morning before going to serve others from our platform of real estate.
Down the driveway, to the left, to the right and “walla” you are at the lake! A few steps along the bank of the lake and “walla” you are trekking along a noisy stream.
Exit on the road, turn right, turn left, hike approximately a mile an “walla” you are at a beautiful waterfall! We smile at one another, say: “Pinch Me” and enjoy the sights and sounds that our mountainous community has to offer.
We count ourselves among the fortunate ones as being very blessed to live in the mountains and enjoy doing what we love to do- get out in nature! Rain, sleet or snow… once you dress for it and get out there, the memories begin. Let us encourage you to claim and climb your mountain, just as “Slipper” claimed and climbed her snowy mountain on Day 2 of the 2015 snow 🙂
