Slipper and I just closed on the purchase of 3.66 acres with amazing views on top of a North Georgia Mountain, and PREPPING THE PROPERTY has already begun.
We recently met a gentleman (Brandon) and his son who are “starting up” a Landscaping Company and hired them to weed-eat, cut and groom up the entrance to the property.
Their pricing is very reasonable and they did a great job! We appreciate their willingness to tackle the job of PREPPING THE PROPERTY.
This is soon-to-be the location of our next home: a Tiny Home Airstream RV with incredible outdoor living!
Our Builder: Preferred Custom Builders is poised and ready to begin the project, and with David Dickerson being an engineer, we know the project will be built solid, safe and secure. We like to call it: “Dickerson-Syle.”
We plan to keep posting more “blogs” and photos of the project as it progresses, so stay tuned for more to come.
BTW… We just added an amazing “Outdoor Shower” to the project plans, and you know that you want to catch-a-glimpse of it 😊
