I must admit that our recent purchase of the new Ford F250 Diesel was bitter sweet in that I have been a Jeep Owner for 30 plus years. The last time I drove a truck, I owned a Shell Auto Care Center outside of Atlanta, Georgia and soon ventured toward being a Jeep Owner (buying my daughter a 1999 2-Door Soft-Top TJ as her very first vehicle).
It’s been all Jeep up till now!
In all honesty, if my Jeep Rubicon could pull a 30′ Airstream with ease, I would keep it… use it… and love it, but unfortunately it doesn’t.
So, knowing that a 250 Diesel Truck would be the answer, we visited our local Ford Dealership and fell in love with the truck pictured above.
We are officially ONE MORE STEP TOWARD LIVING RIVETED and are excited to learn all “the bells and whistles” to this new Mac Daddy Truck.
Do I need a Class 5 Driver’s License for this rig? It sure feels like it!
Oh well… I would say, “Keep an eye out for me and Slipper,” but this rig is so freakin’ big you can’t miss us!
