ON THE ROAD AGAIN… I JUST CAN’T WAIT TO GET ON THE ROAD AGAIN

Ever since we purchased Slipper a Jeep Rubicon, we have been planning to modify the Jeep for Overlanding. You might say, “It’s A Jeep Thing.”

As we have scheduled a few upcoming modifications, we have also decided to get outside on some back roads… dirt roads… gravel roads… and begin discovering the fun of just being out on a road.

We look forward to the times we can just be out and stay out while overlanding in the Jeep.

It is pretty amazing to drive up on a special and secluded place like a lake tucked back in the woods.

As we navigate Forest Service Roads and seek to discover those special places to revisit when the Jeep is modified, when we think that we may have found the perfect spot, we’ll pull the Jeep off the road and into the area we are considering.

We may stop to investigate the area… have a snack or lunch… and then begin to sing: “🎵ON THE ROAD AGAIN… I JUST CAN’T WAIT TO GET ON THE ROAD AGAIN🎶”

We’ll pack and and head out for even more discoveries.

Follow us as we continue to adventure down the road and then back up to the top of the mountain (as we continue to live full time from “Alfie the Airstream.”

Be it in the Jeep or in “Dumore” the Ford 250 Truck pulling “Alfie” the Airstream… we long to be “ON THE ROAD AGAIN… I JUST CAN’T WAIT TO BE ON THE ROAD AGAIN.”
