As night is consuming the beauty of the day’s sunset, Slipper and I find ourselves anticipating the last Super Moon of the year.

We are blessed to live atop a mountain in North Georgia where we enjoy the sunrise on one side of Afie The Airstream and the sunset on the other side.

As this particular sunset fades into the night, we watch like two children awaiting a potential glimpse of Santa Clause the upcoming Super Moon.

As it begins to rise in view… we jump in Slipper’s Jeep and begin CHASING THE MOON across the mountain ridge.

Look! Wow! Amazing! Beautiful! Are just a few of the excited expressions as we invest the next few minutes CHASING THE MOON!

In an effort to take-it-all-in, we soon discover that the view of the Super Moon is just as spectacular from our home… as it is anywhere up and down the mountain ridge.

Finally ducking into the Airstream to retire for the evening, we decide to leave the darkening curtains open and continue CHASING THE MOON as it travels across the star filled night… soon to be hidden behind the clouds.
