Living at the top of the mountain is both a breath-taking and breath-holding experience.

I must admit that we did not think about not take into account, the tumultuous weather patterns of the mountaintop.

The temperature is at an average of 12 degrees cooler on the top and the wind speed is pretty scary at times.

But… the sun rises and sun sets are worth it all! We are blessed to enjoy both the sun Rise and the sun set of each day. Needless to say, WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN.

Even though we are often engulfed by the heavy fog of drunken clouds, we know what time the sun is scheduled to rise and what time it is scheduled to set. Being that we cannot unsee what we have seen, even during the cloudy days we can imagine what it skies must be behind and beyond the clouds. Afterall… WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN.

We have lived in some amazing places, but this particular place is at the top of our list.

Yes… we enjoyed living on our boat for a few years!

Yes… we enjoyed living in our mountain cottage for a few years!

Yes… we enjoyed living through our Ranch Plan Renovation for a few years!

Yes… we enjoyed living from a 3-person Copperspur UL3 Tent for a little over 1/2 a year!

Our Full-Time Airstream living on this mountain is at the top (just a little pun intended) and we are loving it.

One of the main reasons is because WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN.

When the sun finally and fully sets, the above photo is the “Light Show” that we get to enjoy as we close our eyes to fall asleep. Because afterall… WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN.
