WE LIKE MAKING GOOD GRADES

Needless to say, “We are crazy stoked to see grading going on at the top of the mountain!” It has been a wet Winter thus far and it is so good to see select trees coming down and grading started. WE LIKE MAKING GOOD GRADES!

To drive up and see machinery on the property… a Permit Box… and Temporary Power Pole is pretty surrealistic (to say the least).

To see (in real life) what we have seen on draft paper is super exciting.

Seeing the circular drive come into view (knowing that our 2019 Airstream International Serenity 30′ RBQ will soon be towed up and around the driveway is truly humbling). We are so blessed and honored to live a lifestyle that makes us happy (while being fulfilled making a difference in people’s lives via real estate sales and Realtor service).

To come home to this view (The view that will be from our Screen Porch) is breath-taking. I believe it scores a “A+” Just another reason WE LIKE MAKING GOOD GRADES.
