Now that our Grader has removed trees and debris from the property… graded for the circular driveway, parking pad and building foundation… set the 5,000 gallon Water Holding Tank and installed the 1,500 gallon Septic Tank and Field Lines… we are now TRYING TO PUT OUR BEST “FOOTING” FORWARD.
While it is exciting to see a new phase of construction beginning, it is also exhausting it see beautiful days with beautiful temperatures and beautiful weather go by with no construction taking place.
As a New Home Specialist & New Homes Sales Manager and Coach, I can feel the pain of an excited and enthusiastic Purchaser who is eagerly awaiting the build of their brand new home, only to experience an empty construction site when the sun is out, the birds are singing and the temperature & weather are near perfect.
My self-conversation and communication says, “We are TRYING TO PUT OUR BEST “FOOTING” FORWARD.
It won’t be too much longer! Before you know it, we’ll be RV Living “In Reverse!”
