Okay… so many are asking us: “Who is building your tiny house?” My Builder is one of my best friends and is like family to me and Slipper. His name is David Dickerson and his company is Preferred Custom Builders. We laugh (with joy) because when David Dickerson builds a house it’s “MIGHTY… MIGHTY” regardless if it’s brick or not😊

Our tiny house is only 18′ x 16′ with a 9′ x 4′ tool shed and 9′ x 4′ pump house built onto the side.

The exterior of our Tiny House will be Board and Batten painted Dover White with Black Painted Framed Windows and a Galvanized Standing Seam Metal Roof.

The inside of the Tiny House is subdivided into 3 Rooms: The Living Room & Kitchen Combo, The Bathroom & Laundry Room Combo and The Bedroom & Study Combo Loft. At only 432 sq ft SHE’S “NOT” A BRICK HOUSE, BUT SHE’S MIGHTY… MIGHTY…
The Rear Elevation is where the magic view is! It’s the money view! It’s the magic view! It’s the mountain view! While we have been deliberating how many Windows will be installed in the loft (two or three) one thing is for sure… SHE’S “NOT” A BRICK HOUSE, BUT SHE’S MIGHTY… MIGHTY.
BTW… this Tiny House is our Guest House. While we strive to be Full Time RV Living in Reverse from our 30′ Airstream International Serenity, our guests will enjoy this amazing Tiny House to stay in.
