Do you like “Opra Music?” Personally, I find it difficult to understand the lyrics… maybe because it is often sung in a foreign language! Anyhow… there is a song that I remember hearing an Opra Singer sing that sounded like: “Figaro… Figaro, Figaro, Fig-a-ro!”
When we summited The Bigelow Mountain Range and were overlooking a pond (see Feature Photo) I started singing (in my best Opretic Voice)… “Bigelow… Bigelow,Bigelow, Big-e-low!”
I SHOULD BE AN OPRA SINGER!
The view of this mountain range kinda put a “gulp” in our throats… but this is good to hit those high notes, right? Remember… I SHOULD BE AN OPRA SINGER!
From one peak to another…
From one root to another…
From one rock to another…
From one pond to another…
As the trail took us from The Bigelows to Little Bigelow, you could hear the music echo through the hills: “Bigelow… Bigelow, Bigelow… Big-e-low!” Afterall… I SHOULD BE AN OPRA SINGER!
