While in The Whites, Slipper has asked that I take the lead (due to the trail difficulty… and especially the descents), and as I turn a corner and say “Oh my goodness!,” she thinks that I have either run into a bear… moose… or snake, when what has actually happened is that I have been “wowed” by the trail itself.
As we come over South Twin Mountain, the trail takes on the appearance of a sidewalk (as if the Creator has just completed His handiwork). THE APPALACHIAN TRAIL (ALL BY ITSELF) IS EPIC!
Climbing up through the evergreen to yet another summit reminds us that THE APPALACHIAN TRAIL (ALL BY ITSELF) IS EPIC!
It’s really pretty amazing, isn’t it? To think that THE APPALACHIAN TRAIL (ALL BY ITSELF) IS EPIC, may be a bit hard to imagine or think, but it is true!
All you have to do is recline up from the chair… roll out of bed… rise up off the couch… and get out there to see for yourself that THE APPALACHIAN TRAIL (ALL BY ITSELF) IS EPIC!
